The Rules - If you do not agree with any of these rules, do not use our service. If you log in to our site, you agree to the rules below. The login link is below these rules.

1) You, not us, are responsible for your trades. We are not investment advisors. We are not your personal investment or money manager. We make no guarantees to the performance of our trade ideas and if you use this service you understand we will not take responsibility for issues that arise from your ability to receive chat or audio messages through our service. If you find you cannot get messages in a timely manner, you should NOT continue the service. If you use our service, you must agree you do not expect us to be able to communicate to you with any guarantee of the information discussed. If you want that kind of guarantee, you must cancel your membership immediately. You agree to hold Diamond Research Holdings, Inc and Don Harrold personally harmless for any trades you make or do not make with respect to stocks, options, forex, or, strategies of trading any or all of these based on any information you heard or read in our service. You also agree that you understand that trading stocks, options, or, forex is a risky business. You agree and understand that you can lose some or all of the money you have in any positions and you have the training, knowledge, and, have done the due diligence to trade as a day trader any of the aforemetioned trade types or strategies relating to them.

2) We may own stocks or forex pairs mentioned in chat.

3) NOTHING we suggest is meant for more than an intraday trade UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. If you do not use stop/losses, targets, or, if you hold for any reason, that is your choice and not necessarily reflective of our opinion.

4) If you did not read or hear our original comments about a stock, we suggest you DO NOT make a trade. If you want our current opinion, you should ask.

5) We do not endorse or promote comments of any member. If you follow trades of others, you do so at your own peril. We can not verify any claim in the chat room, we can not speak for members.

6) We may or may not be in the chat at any particular time. We do not guarantee set hours during which we will be in the room.

7) We suggest you use"Level 2" trading through a broker like, Tradestation. There may be other rules added later or we may adjust the rules at any time. These rules (plus any changes) will be posted online.
